Marta Otero has more than 25 years of experience in the financial services industry. She specializes in portfolio management for domestic and international entrepreneurs, business owners and high-net-worth families and individuals. Her skill-set of customized planning for international and domestic clients has helped her to grow a successful practice over the course of her career.
Marta is a graduate of Suffolk University with a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and a minor in Finance. She is bilingual and speaks fluent Spanish and English. After several leadership positions in the financial services industry, she remained with Raymond James & Associates for much of her career.
Her credentials include series 7, 63 and Life & Annuities licenses. She, along with her advisor team, Oscar Castellanos and Melvin Perez, operate with a core focus that client’s financial goals will require a customized road map.
With a strong dedication to serving the community, Marta volunteers for several local animal rescue groups. She is also an active member of Funding Arts Broward (FAB), an organization focused on enriching the cultural life of Broward County by funding high-quality visual and performing arts programs that are open to the public.
 Originally from Argentina, Marta once resided in Spain, prior to landing in Boston where she lived for many years before settling in Florida. She is an avid sports fan, primarily football and the New England Patriots. When not helping her clients, Marta enjoys playing pickle ball and tennis, and loves to go hiking and travelling. She lives in Pompano Beach with her two cats Kismet (aka Fatty the 25lb cat) and Mew Mew.
